PLEASE NOTE MY CANCELLATION POLICY: I APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT I HAVE A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY (WHICH INCLUDES NO SHOWS AS WELL)....I TAKE YOUR PET'S HEALTH VERY SERIOUSLY, SO I PREPARE FOR OUR SESSION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE GIVEN THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THEREFORE, I MUST ASK THAT YOU HONOR THIS POLICY. IF NOT, I WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO CHARGE FOR YOUR SESSION. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.
